The 1st Congress of Delegates of Dao San Commune Party Committee, term 2025

Attending the Congress were representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee; representatives of the leaders of Economic - Defense Group 356 and 150 party members representing 452 party members of Dao San commune.

Dao San Commune Party Committee is based on the merger of the Party Committees of the communes: Dao San, Mu Sang, Tung Qua Lin. In the 2020 - 2025 term, agricultural and forestry production in the commune achieved many positive results, many targets met and exceeded the plan. The economy continued to grow, the economic structure shifted in a positive direction; the agricultural and rural sectors received attention, focusing on the application of science and technology in production. The total area of grain crops was 1,302 hectares (an increase of 41 hectares compared to 2020); food output reached 5,537 tons; average food per capita reached 341.1 kg/person/year. The total herd of livestock was 9,215/8,958, reaching 102% of the plan. Well implementing management work for 98 production and business establishments in the area, production and business establishments are stable, types of trade and services are diversely developed, gradually serving people's needs well.

The National Target Program on New Rural Development continues to receive attention, focused on implementation with high political determination, mobilizing and effectively using capital resources. The cultural and social fields continue to be improved, education, health care, and public health care are enhanced; the cultural identities of ethnic groups are preserved, conserved and promoted. The rate of solid roads in the commune is 96.43%. The rate of households using the national grid is 99%. The rate of schools and health stations built solidly is 100%. The commune maintains national health criteria.

Implementing social security policies well, the poverty rate decreased by an average of 5%/year. National defense and security were ensured, national border sovereignty was maintained. Party building work was strengthened, focusing on leading and directing the improvement of leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations; implementing the arrangement of the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, operating effectively and efficiently, associated with streamlining the payroll. At the same time, fully and promptly implementing the Party's policies and resolutions on innovating the Party's leadership method for the political system in the new period; directing the government, the Fatherland Front and mass organizations to develop plans to concretize the Party's resolutions, directives and conclusions for implementation.
