Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress: 8 groups of tasks and 3 strategic breakthroughs

According to Vice Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Le Truong Son, in addition to focusing on leading and directing the arrangement of the apparatus, completing the targets and tasks for 2025 and the entire 2020-2025 term, the Dong Nai Provincial Party Executive Committee has focused on leading and successfully organizing the 99th Congress of Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee, ensuring the correct procedures, content and quality. Dong Nai is one of the units that completed the grassroots congress the earliest in the country.

Regarding the preparation work for the Provincial Party Congress, the Provincial Party Standing Committee has directed the implementation to be urgent, elaborate, scientific, quality, and on schedule. With the approval of the Politburo , the 1st Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, will take place in 2 days, September 29 and 30, 2025.

Mr. Le Truong Son and representatives of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism at the signing ceremony of coordination regulations with a number of press agencies.

Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Thi Loan said that the Congress will focus on the theme: "Building a clean, strong, united, disciplined, and responsible Party organization and political system; ensuring national defense - security, border sovereignty ; mobilizing and effectively using all resources, developing a green, prosperous, civilized, and modern Dong Nai province". The motto of the Congress is "Solidarity - pioneering - breakthrough - integration - development". Along with the programs and actions, Dong Nai province also added the "6 clear" principles, including: clear people, clear work, clear time, clear responsibility, clear products, clear authority to ensure feasibility and effectiveness in organization and implementation.

The Congress set a general goal by 2030 to "Build Dong Nai to develop green, strong, civilized, and modern; strive to basically achieve the criteria of a centrally-run city by 2030". At the same time, it determined 29 major targets on Party building, economy, culture - society, natural resources - environment, national defense - security in line with the Central's direction; in which, it proposed a growth rate of total product in the area in the period of 2026-2030 to reach an average of 10%/year or more with 8 specific task groups and 3 strategic breakthroughs.

There are a total of 34 programs, projects, resolutions; 46 key projects and works that need to be implemented in the 2025-2030 term. This is a strategic, synchronous and comprehensive action framework, aiming to develop Dong Nai rapidly, sustainably, greenly and modernly, becoming the leading center of industry, logistics, services, and high-tech agriculture in the country.
