Using AI technology to take roll call of delegates attending the 1st Dak Lak Provincial Party Congress

According to the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, will apply science and technology in the roll call activities and monitoring the Congress progress. This is considered one of the highlights of the 1st Provincial Party Congress.

Specifically, for the roll call of delegates, the provider VNPT will use the vnFace application to quickly check the delegates through facial authentication technology. To serve this task, the provider has arranged 4 tablets with the vnFace application pre-installed, along with 4 large-screen TVs to confirm faces, display images, information, and welcome delegates to the Congress.

In addition, delegates are also installed with the application "Party Congress Solution" to support the organization of the Congress, manage the list of delegates; look up documents, contribute opinions; discuss, register to speak; vote to approve targets in the Congress...

The Department of Science and Technology also requested telecommunications enterprises to deploy many backup plans to ensure communication and maintain stable network operations during the Congress; coordinate with relevant units to ensure network safety and security, prevent and stop cyber-attack risks, and secure data information serving the Congress.
