Applying AI to administrative work - a digital transformation step in Binh Kien ward

On September 26, 2025, at the hall of the People's Committee of Binh Kien Ward, the People's Committee of the ward organized a training conference to practice thinking in selecting and using artificial intelligence effectively in public administration for cadres and civil servants in the ward.

Attending the conference were Mr. Luong Thao Nguyen, member of the Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Committee; representatives of the People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward; and nearly 100 trainees who are cadres, civil servants, armed forces, health workers , cooperatives and members of the Digital Technology Team 23 of the residential area.

The direct trainer is Dr. Nguyen Trung Hoa - Director of the Center for Training and International Cooperation, Central College of Industry and Trade, Technology Director of VTC Media and Technology Joint Stock Company.

During the training program, nearly 100 participants were equipped with knowledge on how to use AI properly, effective communication skills with AI Chatbot, quickly access and exploit new legal documents and policies through the Gen AI tool, and practice applying the Google AI Studio platform in handling administrative work, "in real life" creating free AI assistants to serve professional work, data security, aiming at personalization and resource optimization, thereby improving management and operation efficiency.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Luong Thao Nguyen, Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Committee, emphasized: in the context that the whole country is promoting national digital transformation and strongly applying artificial intelligence (AI) technology in all areas of life - economy - society, equipping the staff and civil servants with knowledge and practical skills in using AI in public administration is extremely necessary. This is not only an inevitable trend but also an urgent requirement, contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the government apparatus, serving the people better and better.

The above training conference is an important step, affirming the determination of Binh Kien ward in promoting digital transformation and applying AI technology into practice, creating a foundation to build an increasingly modern and effective digital government.
