The 1st Congress of Minh Chau Commune Farmers' Association was a great success.

HNP - On September 18, the Farmers' Association of Minh Chau commune held the 1st Congress of Delegates, term 2025-2030, to evaluate the situation and results of the Association's work and the farmers' movement from 2023 to present, set out directions, goals and tasks for the term 2025-2030; discuss and contribute draft documents to the congress of the Farmers' Association at higher levels.

Minh Chau Commune Farmers' Association currently has 950 members. During the past term, the Association innovated its propaganda work, organized 85 meetings, attracted more than 4,900 members, reaching over 123% of the target.

Thanks to the promotion of the movement "Farmers compete in production and good business", the whole commune has more than 1,500 households achieving titles at all levels; many households have expanded their production scale, created jobs, and increased their income. Notably, the Association has actively mobilized its members to participate in building new rural areas and advanced new rural areas. Hundreds of households donated more than 300m² of land, contributed hundreds of working days and nearly 300 million VND to build infrastructure. The Association coordinated to distribute more than 5,500 containers of livestock waste, classified waste, and treated it with microbiological products, contributing to reducing environmental pollution.

In supporting economic development, the Association maintains and builds many models of raising dairy cows and breeding cows; coordinates with banks to maintain 5 savings and loan groups with outstanding loans of more than 23 billion VND for more than 350 households. The Association organizes 10 technical training courses, provides scientific and technological consultancy, supports production materials, helps members change their thinking and working methods...

Speaking at the Congress, Minh Chau Commune Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Tien said that the commune is determined to develop into a large commodity agricultural production area, applying digital technology; developing eco-tourism, experiential agriculture, and ensuring a sustainable environment.

The Congress announced the decisions of the City Farmers' Association to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Minh Chau Commune Farmers' Association for the first term, 2025-2030; and to appoint delegates to attend the Congress of Hanoi Farmers' Association for the 2025-2030 term. Mr. Nguyen Tai Cuong continues to hold the position of Chairman of the Minh Chau Commune Farmers' Association for the 2025-2030 term.
