According to information from the Hanoi Department of Transport, the number of flooded areas on the Thang Long Boulevard service road has decreased, but there are still a few areas where water cannot drain completely. To ensure traffic safety, the Hanoi Department of Transport continues to adjust the direction of travel for vehicles (including cars and motorbikes).

Specifically, the Department of Transport prohibits vehicles from circulating on the Thang Long Boulevard service road according to the following routes: If moving on the right side of the route, vehicles are prohibited from Km7+00 (entrance to the railway tunnel intersection) to Km10+350 (exit to the An Khanh urban area intersection).

Vehicles are also restricted from Km20+00 (entrance to Provincial Road 80 intersection) to Km28+300 (exit to Lang - Hoa Lac High-Tech Park).

In case people go the wrong way, the road is prohibited from Km28+300 (entrance to Lang - Hoa Lac high-tech park intersection) to Km20+00 (exit to provincial road 80).

Regarding traffic flow plan, Hanoi Department of Transport limits the maximum speed to 60km/h for all vehicles traveling on Thang Long Avenue expressway at the following routes: Km7+00 - Km10+350 and Km20+00 - Km28+300 (right route) and Km28+300 - Km20+00 (left route).

During the time the service road was flooded, the Hanoi Department of Transport still allowed motorbikes and non-motorized vehicles to circulate in the emergency lane of Thang Long Avenue, but the maximum speed was only 40km/h.

The implementation time of the above traffic diversion plan starts from September 14 until a replacement notice is issued.
