General Phan Van Giang pays an official visit to the Russian Federation.

On May 20th, General Phan Van Giang, Member of the Political Bureau, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of National Defense, led a high-level delegation from the Ministry of National Defense on an official visit to the Russian Federation, co-chairing the second consultative meeting on maritime affairs.

The visit aims to implement the policy of repositioning and comprehensively upgrading cooperation agreed upon by the high-level leaders of both sides, while strengthening and deepening bilateral defense relations and military -technical cooperation. Through this, it contributes to the traditional friendship and comprehensive strategic partnership between Vietnam and the Russian Federation.
