In a cordial atmosphere, General Trinh Van Quyet briefly informed Senior General Pham Thanh Ngan about the outstanding achievements in the performance of duties and activities of Party and political work of the entire army in the past period; and expressed his hope that Senior General Pham Thanh Ngan would continue to show interest and contribute more of his dedication and intellect to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the building of the Army, including the General Political Department of the Vietnam People's Army.
