Programs to visit and give gifts to people in difficult circumstances, families of policy beneficiaries, lonely veterans, and struggling workers are regularly maintained, especially during holidays, Tet (Lunar New Year), and the Commemoration Day of War Invalids and Martyrs (July 27). Many trips to localities such as Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Hung Yen, Quang Tri, Phu Tho... have left touching impressions of the timely sharing, responsibility, and compassion of Petrovietnam's veteran association members.

One of the outstanding achievements of social welfare work during this term was the support for building and repairing houses for war veterans through the "Houses of Comradeship" program. In many localities, the Petrovietnam War Veterans Association coordinated with local war veterans associations, authorities at all levels, and member units within the Group to donate houses to war veterans in particularly difficult circumstances. These sturdy and spacious houses have helped members stabilize their lives, work with peace of mind, and provided them with additional spiritual support to overcome difficulties and improve their lives.

In particular, the implementation of social welfare programs is always linked to the patriotic emulation movement, contributing to spreading the spirit of mutual support and community responsibility throughout the Group. Through this, the Veterans Association members continue to uphold their exemplary and responsible roles; and at the same time affirm the position and prestige of the Association within the Petrovietnam political system.

Alongside material support, the Petrovietnam Veterans Association places special emphasis on activities that educate about traditions and express gratitude to previous generations through programs such as visits to historical sites, meetings, and exchanges between generations of association officials. These activities contribute to fostering pride, strengthening political resolve, and forging a spirit of solidarity among Petrovietnam members and employees.
