Attending the meeting were representatives from the Artillery Department of the 12th Army Corps; former commanders of the Brigade from various periods and their spouses; representatives from the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front, departments, and local organizations of Bim Son ward, Quang Trung ward, and Ha Long commune, Thanh Hoa province; representatives from affiliated units in the area; and a large number of officers, staff, and soldiers of the Brigade.

At the meeting, delegates reviewed the 81-year tradition of building, fighting, winning, and maturing of the Vietnam People's Army, affirming the special role and position of the Army in the cause of national liberation, building and defending the Fatherland. At the same time, the meeting was also an opportunity for officers and soldiers of Brigade 368 to look back on 57 years of the unit's development, and to continue to cultivate pride and responsibility in fulfilling their assigned tasks.

During the program, the leaders of Brigade 368 reported on some outstanding results in the implementation of tasks in 2025: Throughout the year, the unit strictly maintained regular order and discipline; the quality of training and combat readiness was continuously improved; the work of Party building and building a strong, comprehensive, "exemplary and outstanding" unit saw many solid changes, successfully and excellently completing the assigned tasks.

At the meeting, the leaders and commanders of Brigade 368 expressed their deep gratitude to the generations of officers, commanders, and soldiers of the Brigade throughout the years; and also thanked the Party committees, authorities, departments, organizations, and affiliated units for their attention, assistance, and effective cooperation throughout the unit's development.
