The application "Dak Lak Number" formerly known as Dak Lak Online was officially launched in August 2021, built by VNPT Dak Lak, with the initial goal of:
Deploying services to monitor and operate the field of field reflection, including:
App for citizens and officials;
Website for citizens to reflect and make recommendations;
Website for staff to handle feedback and suggestions;
Chatbot subsystem.
The system is integrated into the core software of the Smart Urban Monitoring and Operation Center with the aim of providing the leaders of the People's Committee with statistics on the status and time of handling complaints by area. It is possible to clearly identify which units are doing well or not well. Clearly show the distribution level of complaints from people to the government. The classification system allows leaders to clearly see which areas and areas people are interested in and sending complaints about. The distribution map also shows the handling status of the units represented by color.
The system is based on indicators such as incident handling time and citizen feedback status to give the level of citizen satisfaction with the government. If there are few reported issues and the government's processing time is quick, the level of citizen satisfaction with the government will increase and vice versa.
In addition, the system helps leaders at all levels grasp which areas are of interest to the people, the time period when most people send their feedback. Survey on the level of satisfaction of people when using the communication and handling channels of the government. Thereby helping leaders to arrange and allocate appropriate resources according to the time frame, according to the fields to handle feedback better and promptly.
People can reflect and make recommendations about social problems to the government directly via smartphone or website, along with photos and videos . These reflections are recorded and sent to the relevant authorities for processing. The process of receiving, processing and results are posted, so that people can monitor the process until the final result.
Up to now, the application " Dak Lak Number" has gradually completed the previously developed features and added many features to serve people and businesses better and better such as: Integration on Zalo via Zalo mini app, online number picking to do public administrative procedures, especially the function of looking up planning maps has also been put into operation, helping people easily access land information, reducing time and costs.
Through this platform, people are not only the objects of service, but also become active participants in the process of monitoring and building transparent and civilized urban areas. As an important part of the smart urban ecosystem, the “Dak Lak So” application is developed as an online bridge between people, businesses and government agencies. Not simply a platform to digitize administrative procedures, “Dak Lak So” also contributes to changing the way people interact with the state - in a public, convenient, and proactive manner.
