The Cannes Film Festival 2026 red carpet continued to feature Vietnamese designs as Miss Luciana Fuster wore a dress by Nguyen Minh Tuan.

Luciana Fuster is widely known to fans as a popular broadcaster and model in her native Peru. She has participated in many reality shows.

In particular, Luciana Fuster made a big impact when she won the Miss Grand International 2023 crown, which was held in Vietnam.

Designer Nguyen Minh Tuan said that Miss Grand International 2023 wore a design called "Noctis Tear," recreating the moment when the aurora borealis melts in the silent night.

"The design features a form-fitting corset silhouette in a mysterious black color, embellished with sparkling crystals like a starry night sky."

The hip area is accentuated by clusters of soft feathers, resembling crumbling ice clouds in the winter sky. Meanwhile, the skirt is draped with long, flowing patterns like droplets of light slowly dissolving to the ground.

"The contrast between the deep black and the luminous silver-white effect creates a feeling that is both cold and elegant," designer Nguyen Minh Tuan shared.

Previously, Miss Luciana Fuster wore a crystal-embellished gown by Nguyen Minh Tuan, walking the runway to conclude her reign at the Miss Grand International 2024 final, held in Thailand.

The design uses a white and silver color scheme, a fishtail silhouette, and a thigh-high slit. The highlight is the 3D shoulder detail and the voluminous, flared skirt, embellished with thousands of Swarovski crystals and rhinestones on a sequin fabric base.
