Regarding the final results, Huong Giang said that the Miss Grand International All-Stars competition brought together many beautiful women, so winning the second runner-up title made her incredibly happy and proud. For the transgender beauty, this achievement is the answer to what she wanted to prove in her return to the beauty pageant. "And having completed that mission, I have nothing to regret," she shared.

Before winning second runner-up at Miss Grand International All Stars, Huong Giang had previously won Miss Transgender International 2018. This was also a milestone that significantly changed her career. In 2025, she competed in Miss Universe but did not achieve a high ranking.
