The famous London Orchestra performs 'Marching Song'

Opening with the Vietnamese National Anthem - Tien Quan Ca; broadcast live on the big screen at Hoan Kiem Lake walking street... are the gifts that the famous London orchestra reserved for the capital's audience on its 4th return to Vietnam.

Taking place on October 10 and 11 at the Hoan Kiem Theater (Hanoi), the 5th annual concert season of Vietnam Airlines Classic - Hanoi Concert (VACC) welcomes the return of the London Symphony Orchestra with legendary conductor Sir Antonio Pappano.

The fourth return of the UK's oldest and most prestigious symphony orchestra demonstrates the organizer's persuasiveness, the event's prestige, and affirms that Vietnam is gradually becoming a more familiar destination on the global classical music map. This year's highlight is the presence of Sir Antonio Pappano - a famous conductor who has left his mark on many major stages in London, Rome, and New York. "This is the first time I have come to Vietnam and performed your national anthem with the London Orchestra, a song about the challenges of people in war. I am really excited to recreate the most beautiful and captivating march of the army and create the most heroic and intense version of your national anthem," Sir Antonio Pappano shared at the press conference.

VACC is a program in the series of activities Touching Autumn Hanoi organized by Vietnam Airlines and Hanoi People's Committee. Notably, the performance on the evening of October 11 will be broadcast live on a big screen at Hoan Kiem Lake walking street, so that people and tourists can enjoy it together.
