I discussed with my family, converting the entire area of the hill garden to grow inefficient coffee into some fruit trees such as: Grapefruit, jackfruit, mango and dragon fruit. While working, accumulating experience, and actively applying new farming methods, all kinds of fruit trees grow and develop stably.
In addition to growing fruit trees, her family also built a barn for pigs, cows, and poultry, and more than 1.500 square meters.2 fish pond. Instead of raising livestock according to the traditional method, Ms. Lo Thi Kuem actively participates in training classes, fostering knowledge on livestock organized by the Commune Farmers' Union. Choosing the right breeding method to directly apply the family model, the livestock herd develops stably. Currently, in the husbandry area of Ms. Kuan's family, she maintains nearly 10 sows, each year selling more than 1 ton of breeding pigs. The farm economy model has grown steadily, bringing in an income of 130-150 million VND per year.
