After more than 30 years of formation and development, from the initial seeds with the birth of the Vietnam Young Business Club - the predecessor organization of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association and movement, up to now, the Vietnam Business Association Young workers have been established in 63 provinces and cities with a total of nearly 19.000 members. Member businesses are generating annual revenue of over 40 billion USD (contributing more than 10% of the country's GDP) and creating jobs for more than 5 million workers.

During that journey, many generations of Association leaders and members have joined hands to create a large movement, creating many unique values ​​and activities with important marks such as: Red Star Award, Vietnam Gold Star Award, Program to honor outstanding young entrepreneurs, Vietnam Private Economic Forum. Not only pioneering in activities to support entrepreneurs and businesses, the Association is also always creative and flexible in mobilizing resources and organizing meaningful social security activities such as: Deploying rice ATMs, ATM F0 fights the epidemic... supports people during the COVID-19 epidemic; Donate to support dioxin victims; sponsoring poor and helpless children; supporting people with natural disasters, floods... with hundreds of billions of dong each year, leaving a good mark on the image of the Association and young entrepreneurs in the social community.

At the meeting, leaders of the Young Entrepreneurs Association as well as delegates proposed that the Party and State leaders have a drastic policy in reducing lending interest rates, and have solutions to create favorable conditions for businesses to access loans. Appreciating the enthusiastic, responsible and youthful statements of the delegates of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, Acting President Vo Thi Anh Xuan was delighted with the strong development of the Association. With more than 30 years of formation and development, the Association's organizational network has covered 63 provinces and cities, is present in 2 economic groups, 15 affiliated clubs with nearly 19.000 members. The Association has continuously innovated in content and form of operation, contributing to advising and perfecting institutions and policies for the Party and State. 

The Association has launched many movements, many of which have increasingly practical significance not only for the young business force but also have widespread meaning in the social community. The Young Entrepreneurs Association is also interested in implementing international cooperation programs, affirming the position and image of young Vietnamese entrepreneurs to the business and business community in the region and the world. The Association has mobilized its members to be good at production and business, to become legitimately rich for themselves and their families, to contribute to their homeland and country, and at the same time to perform well social and charity activities. The Acting President affirmed that these practical actions demonstrate the efforts and community responsibility of young entrepreneurs, and responsibility to the country and society. Referring to the goal of our country becoming a high-income developed country by 2045, Acting President Vo Thi Anh Xuan said that to achieve that goal, we must constantly improve our economic potential. economic potential, national defense and security potential, maintaining a peaceful and stable environment to develop the country, build and protect the Fatherland. In that common goal, the Party and State also set a target for the team of entrepreneurs to strive to have at least 2030 million businesses by 2.
