On the evening of March 25, a flower cart decorated with propaganda and promotion for the 3 Avalokiteshvara Festival (Ngu Hanh Son, Da Nang city) caught fire while parading on Phan Chau Trinh street (Hai Chau district).
When the fire broke out, the authorities quickly used a fire extinguisher to put out the fire so there were no serious consequences.
Leaders of Ngu Hanh Son District People's Committee confirmed the incident and said the car belonged to Hoa Hai Ward People's Committee. The initial cause was determined to be an electrical short circuit.
This is the first night of floats paraded to propagate and promote the Avalokiteśvara Festival event.
The group has 7 floats paraded from 18:20 p.m. to 30:4 p.m. for 25 days (from March 28 to 3). On the evening of March 25, cars paraded along the routes Su Van Hanh - Le Van Hien - Ngu Hanh Son - Ngo Quyen - Dragon Bridge - Bach Dang - Dong Da - Le Loi - Phan Chau Trinh - Nguyen Van Linh - Street 3 /2 – Tuyen Son bridge – Le Van Hien – Su Van Hanh.
In the following days, the cars will move on different routes and on the evening of March 28, all the flower cars will gather at the Ngu Hanh Son scenic area (in front of Thai Son Pagoda) for tourists to enjoy.
According to information from the organizing committee, from March 26-29 (February 3-17 of the lunar calendar), at the Quan The Am Pagoda campus and on Su Van Hanh and Le Van Hien streets, the Avalokiteśvara Festival will take place. Yin, Marble Mountains in 20.

Within the framework of the festival, a discussion will also take place on promoting the value of the Avalokiteshvara Festival and cultural heritages in the Ngu Hanh Son Special National Monument complex.
