Following personal life events, Bao Yen rarely appeared on stage. Therefore, her appearance at the "True Concert - Love of the Land" on the evening of May 14th at the Ho Guom Theater in Hanoi brought many emotions to the audience. Wearing a green dress that blended with the colors of nature, when she sang "Love of Trees and Land," Bao Yen evoked special feelings in listeners, connecting their souls with the music .

Legendary singer Bao Yen left the audience speechless with her performance of "Love Between Tree and Earth".

With that same calm demeanor and unmistakable, deep voice, Bao Yen emerged like a "goddess of the earth." Her voice, after all these years, hasn't changed at all; in fact, it's become even richer, more experienced, and more powerfully impactful to the listener.

"Love Between Trees and Land," composed by musician Tô Thanh Tùng in 1988, has been performed by many artists, but it seems some songs are made for a particular voice. When mentioning "Love Between Trees and Land," it can only be Bảo Yến. She doesn't sing about trees and land as a detached storyteller; instead, she seems to have truly become one with the song.

Within the space of the Ho Guom Theatre, the "True Concert - Love for the Land" not only takes listeners on a visual journey with its stunning stage, but the concert is also structured as a closed ecological cycle through five chapters: "The Field," "Flowers and Fruits," "Water," "Forest," and "Love for the Land," where light, music, and the artists' footsteps blend to create a vibrant ecosystem on stage.

Mentioning "The Love Between Trees and Land" immediately brings to mind Bao Yen.

In "The Field," the audience was treated to the most visually stunning performance. The Arabesque dance group captivated the senses with their work "Morning Dew." The graceful, expansive movements, like the breath of the meadow at dawn, blurred the lines between reality and illusion.

The appearance of Lam Bao Ngoc and the OPLUS group immediately brought the entire audience back to a sense of pristine peace with a medley of "Dewdrop," "Dewdrop on a Leaf," "The Caterpillar," and "You Stand in the Field."

The concert took the audience on a visual journey with its stunning stage.

While "Hoa Trái" (Flowers and Fruits) showcased Thùy Chi, a singer with a light voice that seemed capable of softening the entire space, Phan Mạnh Quỳnh was the one who pulled the concert away from the simple beauty of the countryside and into the depths of the soul. Quỳnh's music in "Hoa Mặt Trời" (Sunflower) and "Từ Đó" (From Then On) is strongly imbued with a cinematic feel.

Moving on to the chapter "Water," the atmosphere becomes more somber. Voiceovers about the changing nature, the cold winds, and the unease of the earth and sky push the audience's emotions to a low, contemplative level.

Marzuz performs the song "Deep Water".

Marzuz's appearance with "Deep Water" was a fascinating choice. Her soaring, somewhat "ethereal" indie vocals gave the performance the feel of an artistic art-house film. Contrasting with and complementing that modern feel was the Quan Ho mash-up by Ha An Huy and Thuy Chi.

The "Forest" section marks a significant intellectual maturation of the entire concert. The series of songs "In the Forest," "I Want to Be a Tree," "The Forest Remains Forever Green,"... follow one another like a reverent prayer to Mother Nature.

The concert was structured as a closed ecological cycle through five chapters: "The Field," "Flowers and Fruits," "Water," "Forest," and "Love for the Land."

The emotional climax of the concert was the final chapter titled "Love for the Land." Before "Love for Trees and the Land" sung by Bao Yen, the composition "Forever Relying on You" by author Thuong Tam Dieu Hue appeared as a precious moment of tranquility reflecting gratitude. Gratitude is the only thread that keeps the soul from going astray, and it is also the message that TH Group wanted to send to the audience.

The finale, "And the Flowers Will Bloom," with all the artists standing amidst a sea of vibrant sunflower visuals, was a brilliant moment that brought harmony between people and nature to the True concert.
