List of new leaders of the City Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City

The Central Committee has just handed over the Politburo's decision on appointing the new Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Ho Chi Minh City; the Prime Minister's decision on appointing the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.

On the morning of June 30, Ho Chi Minh City held a ceremony to announce the National Assembly's resolutions on the establishment of a new Ho Chi Minh City based on the merger of Binh Duong, Ba Ria - Vung Tau provinces and Ho Chi Minh City.

The conference also announced the Politburo 's decision on the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee; the resolution of the National Assembly and the National Assembly Standing Committee on ending district-level activities and establishing wards, communes, and special zones in Ho Chi Minh City.
