Accordingly, based on Decision No. 1025/QD-BCA dated February 25, 2025, of the Ministry of Public Security on the announcement of the list of new administrative procedures, including the field of driver's license examination and issuance, and the guidance of the Ministry of Public Security on assigning the Traffic Police Department to approve the overall layout of Type 1 and Type 2 driver's license examination centers; and simultaneously, to issue, reissue, and revoke licenses for Type 1 and Type 2 driver's license examination centers according to the procedures stipulated in Decree 160/2004/ND-CP regulating driver training and examination activities.
As of July 14th, the Traffic Police Department had issued driving test licenses to 52 driving test centers that met the operating requirements, an increase of 8 centers compared to the list updated on July 12th.
Based on Article 35 of Circular No. 12/2025/TT-BCA dated February 28, 2025, issued by the Minister of Public Security, regulating the examination and issuance of driver's licenses; and the issuance and use of international driver's licenses, the Traffic Police Department announces and updates the list of driver's license examination centers that have been granted or had their examination licenses revoked.
A representative from the Traffic Police Department stated: The list of qualified centers will be continuously updated daily to inform the public.
