In 2025, Hue will host the National Tourism Year, improving the quality of human resources to meet the requirements of tourism services, contributing to bringing the highest satisfaction to tourists, thereby contributing to the development of tourism in the locality and the whole country.

After the COVID-19 pandemic, hotels are having difficulty recruiting staff, including restaurant service staff. Hotels have different restaurant service processes. Training and retraining in restaurant operations is an essential part of continuously improving the quality of service in hotels. The restaurant industry is constantly changing in terms of trends, service technology... requiring restaurant staff to update new knowledge and skills, and receive proper training to standardize the correct service process.

This training course is for students from 21 restaurants and hotels. The training program is designed to equip students with the necessary professional knowledge and practical skills to apply in restaurant operations.
