On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Vietnam's Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025), Dong Nai Newspaper acknowledges feedback on the quality and expectations for the future development of Dong Nai Newspaper.

Vice Chairperson of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Luu Thi Ha:

Continuing to be a bridge between the Party's will, the people's aspirations, and community cohesion.

Faced with the rapid changes in modern media, the public's needs and habits in accessing information are also changing. To maintain its position, I believe Dong Nai Newspaper needs to continue to innovate even more strongly. In terms of content, the newspaper needs to strengthen its coverage of people's lives at the grassroots level, inspiring stories, and examples of good people and good deeds. These seemingly small things, but relatable, practical, and easily touch the hearts of readers, especially young people – a very promising readership today.

I expect Dong Nai Newspaper to continue investing in multimedia journalism, leveraging digital platforms to create journalistic products that are both in-depth and easily accessible and disseminated within the online community. The newspaper needs to further enhance its role as the leading media outlet and official information center of the province in guiding public opinion, shaping ideology, and creating social consensus, especially on issues with differing viewpoints.

Director of the Department of Education and Training, Truong Thi Kim Hue:

The press is a partner in the development of education.

Over the years, Dong Nai Newspaper has consistently supported the education and training sector in Dong Nai, fostering consensus and shared understanding among parents and society as a whole regarding the sector's activities. We hope to continue receiving even more support from the press in the fundamental and comprehensive reform of education and training, further contributing to raising the intellectual level of the population, training human resources, and discovering and nurturing talent. This is also a shared mission: to jointly build and develop a high-quality workforce to serve the development needs of the province in the new era, an era in which Dong Nai, along with the rest of the country, enters a new age.

In the coming period, Dong Nai Newspaper and the Provincial Fatherland Front will strengthen propaganda on campaigns, patriotic emulation movements, social monitoring and criticism activities, as well as activities for community welfare and building national unity. They will establish a mechanism for regular information sharing between the two agencies, especially during important political , cultural, and social events in the province, to unify propaganda content, ensuring it is well-directed, timely, and effective…

Director of the Department of Science and Technology, Ta Quang Truong:

Promoting multimedia journalism and the application of new technologies.

Over the past period, Dong Nai Newspaper has made remarkable progress, clearly demonstrating its role as the province's leading media outlet. Many articles are in-depth, reflecting multifaceted perspectives on pressing issues that are of interest to readers.

To keep Dong Nai Newspaper attractive, engaging readers, and making a lasting impression on the public, it needs to focus on promoting multimedia journalism and applying new technologies. In the digital age, readers want to receive information not only through written text, but also through images, videos, infographics, podcasts, etc. Dong Nai Newspaper needs to invest more in producing high-quality multimedia journalistic products and enhance interaction with readers on digital platforms. At the same time, the newspaper should also be a pioneer in exploring and experimenting with new technologies such as AI (artificial intelligence) to support content production (e.g., news summarization, headline creation, translation), analyze reader data to personalize content, or even create more interactive journalistic experiences.

In the context of information overload, readers need not only news but also insightful explanations and analyses of issues. Newspapers need to increase the number of in-depth articles, investigations, and commentaries. In addition, newspapers should focus on promoting the unique identity of Dong Nai. Dong Nai Newspaper should not only be a news outlet but also a repository and disseminator of the cultural, historical, and human values of Dong Nai to readers both within and outside the province.

Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Le Thi Ngoc Loan:

There must be a strong shift towards digital transformation.

In the current era of scientific and technological development, with the achievements of the 4.0 revolution, especially artificial intelligence, the applications of digital technology are raising many new issues in the operation of traditional journalism, creating both many opportunities and challenges that traditional journalism needs to address in order to adapt flexibly and continue to develop.

Based on the above experience, the press in general and Dong Nai Newspaper in particular need a strong shift towards digital transformation, specifically a shift from traditional journalism to digital journalism, focusing on the reader and providing information that is both broad and in-depth.

To achieve this, Dong Nai Newspaper needs to improve the quality of its content, shifting from quantity to quality. This includes focusing on local issues, events, and stories; analyzing causes and consequences; and offering multi-faceted perspectives on pressing provincial issues, especially those closely related to people's lives. Furthermore, it should continue to maintain and diversify its digital platforms, including print, online, social media, and online videos. This will maximize reach to a diverse audience across different age groups, habits, and information consumption patterns.

On the other hand, Dong Nai Newspaper needs to strengthen its connection and interaction with readers by creating online groups and forums so that readers can exchange and discuss issues of interest.

Dr. Le Quang Trung, Specialist II, Director of the Department of Health:

Promote the dissemination of exemplary individuals and good deeds in the healthcare sector.

Over the past period, the health sector in Dong Nai has always received special attention from the press, including Dong Nai Newspaper. Information related to the activities of the health sector, especially disease prevention measures, has been reported promptly, accurately, and truthfully by Dong Nai Newspaper. As a result, the people have proactively joined hands with the health sector to effectively implement disease prevention and health care measures.

Currently, the Department of Health and healthcare facilities in the province are continuing to closely coordinate with local media outlets to carry out health communication and education activities. The Department of Health hopes to continue receiving the support of local media outlets as well as central newspapers based in the area. The media should actively promote exemplary individuals and good deeds in the healthcare sector, highlighting best practices of healthcare facilities to further disseminate and replicate them. This will contribute to the healthcare sector's successful achievement of targets and tasks in protecting, caring for, and improving the health of the people in the province.
