In 2024, Nam Sach district marked the third consecutive year of achieving and surpassing all key socio-economic targets with impressive figures and results.

Despite facing many difficulties, especially the negative impact of typhoon No. 3, Nam Sach district made significant achievements in 2024 under the decisive and close leadership and guidance of the Party committee and government from the district to the grassroots level, and the efforts of the business community and all sectors of the people in the district.

Nam Sach district's budget revenue in 2024 reached over 1,770 billion VND for the first time ever, the highest figure ever.

A crucial prerequisite for a breakthrough in 2025.

2025 is the final year of implementing the Resolution of the 28th District Party Congress, term 2020-2025. It is also a year with many important political events for the country, Hai Duong province, and Nam Sach district.

Therefore, Party committees and authorities from the district level to the grassroots have focused intensely on leading, directing, and implementing many important tasks.

The district strives to successfully complete the set goals and tasks, organize the Party congresses at the district level and branch level, leading up to the 29th District Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

Nam Sach District has identified 18 key targets for 2025 to strive for, implement, and resolutely achieve, such as increasing district budget revenue by 15% or more compared to the provincial plan (excluding revenue from land use right auctions); achieving a trained workforce rate of 85%; reaching a health insurance coverage rate of 98%; achieving a production value of 230 million VND per hectare of cultivated land and aquaculture; and increasing the number of newly established businesses in the district by 15%.

Striving to have one more commune achieve advanced new rural standards, one more commune achieve model new rural standards; the district achieves advanced new rural standards, and 20 more products meet OCOP standards. Maintaining 100% of villages and residential areas and 100% of households implementing solid waste sorting at source; 100% of household waste is processed. By 2025, Nam Sach district aims to achieve advanced new rural standards.

To achieve these goals amidst anticipated difficulties and challenges, Nam Sach district has identified the human factor as crucial, requiring high levels of effort and determination.

One key solution and task identified by the district is to continue strictly implementing the working regulations, assigning tasks to collectives and individuals according to the "5 clear" principle: clear person, clear task, clear progress, clear effectiveness, and clear responsibility. Strengthening inspections of all aspects of work, conducting on-site visits, and urging and resolving difficulties in task implementation are also crucial.

Maximize the role of heads of agencies, units, and communes/townships. Enhance the capacity of cadres, civil servants, and public employees to perform their duties. Continue to promote administrative reform and procedural reform, and improve the quality of operation of the "one-stop" service at the District People's Committee and the People's Committees of communes/townships.

Serving the people and developing for the people, the Party Committee and government of Nam Sach district will continue to strengthen contact and dialogue to listen to and absorb the thoughts, aspirations, and opinions of voters and the people, and to resolve their suggestions and requests.

Furthermore, we will seriously implement anti-corruption measures and practice thrift and anti-waste, strictly adhere to the streamlining of the administrative apparatus as directed by the Central Government, and focus on leading and directing the successful completion of the socio-economic development targets for 2025 in Nam Sach district, contributing to the development of Hai Duong province.
