According to the report on the results and the Party building work in 2024 of the Nam Sach District Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee appointed 12 and transferred 7 leaders and managers of schools and leaders of district departments and offices. At the same time, it transferred and appointed 9 management staff and rotated and appointed 18 leaders and managers of schools and district departments and offices.

In 2024, 26 school leaders, managers and department leaders in Nam Sach district will be reappointed, and 2 school leaders and managers will have their terms of office extended.

The district introduced personnel to elect 16 leaders and managers (additional 4 members of the District Party Executive Committee; Deputy Chairman of the District Party Committee Inspection Committee and leaders of the communes of Minh Tan, Thai Tan, Hong Phong, An Son, Hiep Cat, An Son, Dong Lac, Phu Dien, Hong Phong).
