Railways apply many policies to reduce ticket prices for Hoa Phuong Do train

From now until August 28, passengers traveling on the Hoa Phuong Do train on the Hanoi - Hai Phong route will enjoy many discount policies, especially for groups and regular passengers.

According to information from Hanoi Railway Transport Joint Stock Company, passengers traveling in groups will receive a discount on group tickets. Specifically, groups of 11-41 people will receive a 9% discount, 42-70 people will receive an 11% discount, 71-100 people will receive a 13% discount, and 100 people or more will receive a 15% discount.

Notably, passengers do not need to buy tickets too early, just book tickets 24 hours before the train departure time to be eligible for the discount.

In addition to group tickets, passengers traveling in small groups of 4-8 people also receive a discount in the form of "travel in large groups, get free tickets". Accordingly, 4 people will pay for 3 tickets, 8 people will pay for 6 tickets.

This policy applies to trains labeled HP1/HP2, LP5/LP6, LP2/LP3/LP7/LP8 (running from Monday to Thursday every week), except for the 34-seat VIP luxury class. The group of passengers must travel on the same train, at the same departure and arrival stations, and purchase tickets in a single transaction.

Customers with daily travel needs can purchase individual monthly tickets with unlimited trips.

Short-distance (Hanoi - Hai Duong or Cam Giang - Hai Phong) costs 740,000 VND/month. Long-distance (Hanoi - Hai Phong) costs 1,080,000 VND/month.

The Red Flamboyant Train was just inaugurated on May 10, featuring a modern design, luxurious and comfortable interior. The train cars are painted in a distinctive red color, inspired by the symbolic flower of Hai Phong City.

On the train, there is a 34-seat VIP car designed in Indochina style, priced at about 300,000 VND/ticket/trip. The 56-seat car is designed with flexible 180-degree rotating seats, priced at about 180,000 VND/ticket/trip and the 64-seat regular car costs about 130,000 VND/ticket/trip.
