Sing! Asia (Young Voice of Asia) - a continental music game show has officially ended with an extremely exciting final night in the Macau Special Administrative Region (China).
The final night gathered the top 4 best Gen Z artists, the overall victory belonged to Japanese representative Miyuna, the next positions respectively belonged to Chu Phi Ca (China) won second place, Phuong My Chi ranked third and Kha Lau (Japan) ranked fourth.
The program will be broadcast at 10:00 a.m. on July 27 (China time, 9:00 a.m. the same day Vietnam time).
Vietnam's representative - singer Phuong My Chi not only conquered the audience with her powerful voice but also left a strong impression on the Vietnamese cultural identity by bringing her homeland's melodies to the international level.



Sharing with VNA reporters reporting from Macau before the performance, singer Phuong My Chi said she felt extremely happy to be welcomed and awaited by Vietnamese and Chinese audiences at each stage of the competition, and she was also extremely excited to perform the prepared acts.
Phuong My Chi assessed that the members present at the final night are all very strong and very talented, they all love each other, so the competition will be based on the spirit of singing and interacting in the most open way, trying to dedicate the best and most interesting performances to the audience.
In the final night, Phuong My Chi brought carefully invested performances, demonstrating both vocal technique, performance ability and cultural spirit imbued with Vietnamese identity.
The song "Lac troi" - a hit by Son Tung M-TP, performed by Phuong My Chi and singer Hoang Linh (China) created a musical space that is modern and fresh.
The second performance was a solo performance by Phuong My Chi and 30 children with the song "Chopsticks" composed by her and her team, not only expressing the solidarity of Asian youth, but also expressing gratitude to the program - the place that gave Phuong My Chi the opportunity to grow and mature on the regional stage.

The final night had the participation of Diva Truong Luong Dinh and 21 judges from China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand...
After 2 rounds, singer Phuong My Chi achieved 406.8 points, behind Chu Phi Ca (407.6 points) and Miyuna (411 points).
The judges highly appreciated singer Phuong My Chi's maturity from the first stage to the final night, as someone who is very capable of controlling the stage and has all the elements of a famous artist.
In particular, on the important competition night, singer Phuong My Chi received spiritual encouragement from the Consulate General of Vietnam in Hong Kong and Macau.
Consul General Le Duc Hanh and officials from the Consulate General, Vietnamese representative agencies in Hong Kong and Macau as well as representatives of the Association of Overseas Vietnamese in Macau came to cheer on the young female singer.
Although she did not win the highest position, what Phuong My Chi showed at Sing! Asia was enough to affirm her talent, courage and maturity on the international stage.
From a folk singer who grew up from domestic programs, Phuong My Chi has now become a typical representative of the young generation of Vietnamese artists, integrating but not dissolving, modern but not leaving cultural roots.

Mr. Duong Tieu Khe - Representative of Sing! Asia producer shared that during the preparation process, iQiyi company wanted to find the best Gen Z singers in Asia and conducted many interviews to search throughout Southeast Asia.
According to iQiyi, Phuong My Chi is a typical role model who can represent Vietnamese Gen Z singers. Phuong My Chi's performances also contribute to showing the appearance of Vietnamese music and all Vietnamese youth.
Qiyi representatives hope that Phuong My Chi will be a bridge for the company to expand the Vietnamese market. In the future, iQiyi will also invite more Vietnamese artists and young people to participate in its music programs.

Sing! Asia features 32 young singers from 9 Asian countries and territories including China, Japan, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, and Taiwan.
All departed on a 5-star cruise, passing through stations such as Shanghai (China)-Japan-Vietnam-Singapore-Malaysia-Hong Kong (China), before entering the Semi-finals in Shanghai and the Finals in Macau (China).
Sing! Asia has ended, but a new journey is certainly opening - not only for Phuong My Chi, but also for Vietnamese music on the path to conquering global audiences./.
