Specifically, in the morning, the National Assembly discussed in groups four draft laws: Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement (amended); Law on Judicial Expertise (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Anti-Corruption; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Intellectual Property.

In the afternoon, the National Assembly continued to discuss in groups three draft laws: Law on Tax Administration (amended); Law on Personal Income Tax (amended); Law on Thrift and Anti-Waste.

Previously, on the afternoon of November 4, the National Assembly listened to General Secretary To Lam inform about a number of new points and important orientations in the draft document to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party and discussed in groups to contribute opinions to the document./.
