Sometimes, big dreams start from the smallest things. For Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Truc, Deputy Director and co-founder of Dong Nai Vaccination Center (Trang Dai Ward, Dong Nai Province), the entrepreneurial journey began with the concern of seeing parents having to travel far to find vaccines for their children. In 2018, when she was only 26 years old, Ms. Truc decided to learn about investing in the field of preventive medicine . In April 2018, Dong Nai Vaccination Center was born.

The entrepreneurial journey of many Dong Nai women begins with simple things, but is nurtured by the will and desire to contribute. No matter what field they are in, whether it is healthcare, agriculture or services, they all share the same spirit: dare to think, dare to do, dare to change to spread good values to the community.

In Bu Gia Map commune, Ms. Vo Thi Hien's Co Hai Clean Pepper model is a vivid demonstration of the spirit of innovation in agriculture. From a traditional pepper farmer, Ms. Hien boldly invested in deep processing, building the Co Hai Clean Pepper brand that says no to chemicals, ensuring safety for consumers. Not stopping there, she also cooperated with local people to process dried fruits, expanding the value chain of clean agricultural products. With this model, she not only develops the family economy but also spreads the awareness of clean production, contributing to increasing the value of local agricultural products.

In today's era of growth, women of any age, whether young and energetic or old and experienced, can assert themselves and contribute to positive social movements.

In Phuoc Long ward, businesswoman Nguyen Thi Van Oanh is a vivid proof of the spirit of the elderly with increasing intelligence, and the elderly setting a good example in labor and production. Although she is 67 years old, Ms. Oanh still steers Thanh Minh Ngoc Production, Trade and Service Company Limited, specializing in the production and processing of salted roasted cashews and white cashew nuts, to a profitable business. On average, the company produces about 5,000 tons of raw cashews each year, with a revenue of about 150 billion VND, creating jobs for 100 workers with stable income.

According to Ms. Bui Thi Hanh, Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union, the role of women in the current wave of startups and digital transformation is very important, both as a factor promoting innovation and a link to achieve more sustainable and equal development.

“In the coming time, the association will continue to support the improvement of digital capacity through training, fostering skills in using technology, online business skills, fanpage management, selling on e-commerce platforms, etc., connecting capital sources with banks, credit funds and businesses to create conditions for women to borrow preferential loans and build feasible business plans. In addition, the association also organizes annual "Women's Entrepreneurship Day" programs, which are investment connection forums, helping women promote products and find partners" - Ms. Bui Thi Hanh said.

In recent years, the women's movement in Dong Nai province has made many innovations in both content and methods of operation, increasingly going into depth, practicality and effectiveness. The Women's Union at all levels in the province has promoted the spirit of solidarity, creativity, dynamism, actively contributing to socio-economic development, maintaining security, national defense and building the great national unity bloc. Notable are the emulation movement to build Vietnamese women in the new era; the campaign to build "5 no, 3 clean" families; "5 yes, 3 clean" families... associated with building new rural areas and civilized urban areas that have been widely deployed, bringing practical results. The Women's Union at all levels in the province has also promoted support for women to start businesses, develop the economy, apply digital transformation; actively participate in social security work, protect the environment, and build a strong union organization.

To achieve the results like today, the Women's Union of Dong Nai province always focuses on innovating the way of working, directing activities to the grassroots, taking the needs of members as the center, with the motto "Where there are women, there are union activities", union officials carry out "3 together" with the branches (listening to women speak, speaking to women to understand, doing together to make women follow).

In addition to gathering women members in residential areas, the Women's Union has also established many models to gather members of specific groups such as: female workers, female traders, ethnic minority women, women with religious beliefs... The Union has implemented many practical models such as: Women starting a business; Women helping each other develop the economy; Women's savings groups, or models applying digital technology in union activities...

Currently, with nearly 2 thousand effective and practical models of women participating in local activities, many marks have been made, affirming the role and position of women in the new period.

In the journey of the homeland's development today, there are countless Dong Nai women who are quietly contributing with their intelligence, determination and love. Regardless of their age, in any field, from production, business, start-up to social work, they all shine with the spirit of daring to think, daring to do, daring to contribute. Dong Nai women today are the beautiful image of the new era: Confident - brave - compassionate - creative, contributing to creating a strong and inspiring era.
