Located deep in the Hydrangea area, Ward 3, Da Lat city, the Garden of Eden is like a world completely separate from the bustling atmosphere often found in the mountain town. About 9km from the city center, this garden is hidden among the endless pine forest, the winding road leading in, wandering like taking people into a dreamland. Without a bright sign, no flashy advertising banner, the Garden of Eden appears gently after a small stretch of red dirt road, with a wooden board carved with rustic letters as an invitation to souls looking for peace.

2. Detailed directions

From Dalat center (Da Lat market):

  1. Follow Tran Quoc Toan street → turn to Tran Hung Dao street → Hung Vuong
  2. Continue on Tu Phuoc – Trai Mat road, then turn onto Hoa Cam Tu Cau road.
  3. Go straight for about 2km, you will see a wooden sign that says “Garden of Eden”.

Starting from Da Lat market , you can move in the direction of Tran Hung Dao - Hung Vuong, then turn onto Tu Phuoc route towards Trai Mat. Here, a small turn will take you to the Hydrangea area, which is known to many tourists as the flower paradise of the foggy city. From here, the last stretch of road leading to the Garden of Eden is somewhat wild, but it is this rusticity that creates its own unique beauty. Each turn gives you the feeling of stepping deeper into nature, leaving behind all the noise of the city.

  • Note: The road is quite easy to go, but the last part is a dirt road with a slight slope - you should go by motorbike or scooter with a strong engine.

3. What is special about Dalat Eden Garden?

3.1. The special beauty of the Garden of Eden when nature is the "architect"

If someone asks what makes Dalat Eden Garden so special, the answer will not be limited to just one factor. Because this place is a combination of pine forests rustling in the wind, of cool streams winding around the garden, and of architectural spaces that are completely in harmony with nature. Simple wooden bridges across the stream, bamboo chairs nestled in the middle of green grass, small huts hidden under the pine canopy - all create a quiet, meditative space, making people just want to put down their phones and quietly watch the clouds and sky.
With a minimalist design that respects nature, this place is like a version of a “zen monastery in the forest”, where the sound of trickling water and birdsong are the only background music. Without the need for artificial music or bright lights, the Garden of Eden is still enough to make anyone who steps in exclaim because of its pure beauty.

3.2. Ticket prices and opening hours

With an entrance fee of 120k/person (you can choose your own drink), you can sit for hours in the quiet nature without being disturbed by anyone. The drinks here are prepared simply but delicately, with a focus on health-preserving style such as herbal tea, milk tea, roasted coffee, warm cocoa - very suitable for the "zen" setting of the garden. Opening hours are from 7am to about 5:30pm every day, so it is best to visit in the morning or late afternoon to fully experience the fresh and gentle beauty here.

3.3. Homestay in the middle of the forest offers a true "retreat" experience

Not only is it a beautiful cafe in Da Lat, Eden Garden also surprises visitors with its small, pretty homestays nestled in the middle of a pine forest. The wooden rooms are built in a minimalist style, not too elaborate but fully equipped, each room has large glass doors overlooking the forest or stream, providing a rare experience of staying close to nature. What could be better than waking up to the sound of birds chirping, opening the door to a forest of bright red maple leaves and the cool air gently spreading through your fingers?

5. Real reviews from visitors' experiences about the Garden of Eden Coffee Shop in Da Lat

Those who have visited this place all have the same feeling: there is nothing to do, just sitting down, quietly watching the stream flow, listening to the rustling of leaves is enough to satisfy. Although there are still a few imperfections – such as the unpaved access road, or the lack of accompanying services – it is this simplicity that keeps people coming back. The Garden of Eden is not for the noisy masses, but for those who really want to slow down, take a deep breath and feel their hearts become light.

6. Small itinerary suggestions when traveling to Da Lat, check in at the Eden Garden cafe
