Notably, from the beginning of 2025, patients with rare diseases, serious diseases or requiring high technology can go directly to specialized medical facilities without needing a referral letter as before - a clear step forward demonstrating the State's concern and innovation in public health care policy.

In addition, the conference was also an opportunity for grassroots officials to frankly share the difficulties in propaganda work, mobilizing people to participate in voluntary social insurance and health insurance. Affirming that propaganda and mobilization work is a regular and important task, Mr. Nguyen Van Hang, Vice Chairman of Tan Hung Commune People's Committee, pledged to direct hamlets to develop appropriate plans and assign specific targets to ensure that social security policies are widely applied to all people. At the same time, the commune will always accompany the grassroots Social Insurance in removing difficulties and promoting this work to be more and more effective.
