Hanoi people wear warm coats in the cold wind of early season

This morning (October 21), Hanoi welcomed the first cold spell of the year. It was still sunny, but there was a cold wind, many people going out in the morning wore warm clothes.

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, from the night of October 20, the Northern region and Thanh Hoa will turn cold at night and early morning. The lowest temperature in this cold air in Hanoi is generally at 19 - 21 degrees Celsius.

Bui Bich Phuong (21 years old, Long Bien Ward) enjoys hot porridge with friends on the first chilly morning of the year. "This morning, the weather was cold outside, I thought eating something hot would be great to start a new day," Phuong said.

Quynh Anh (Hai Ba Trung Ward) said that she saw the forecast and saw that it wouldn't rain, so she and her friends went to West Lake to have coffee at 5 a.m. to enjoy the cold air. "The lake area is often windy, so we went early so we brought jackets. This morning was significantly colder, but when dawn came, it gradually warmed up, feeling very comfortable," Quynh Anh said.
