At the Southern Central Bureau Base National Special Relic Site, the delegation observed a moment of silence and burned incense to commemorate generations of cadres and soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland. This was one of the most important "headquarters" of the Southern revolution during the fierce war years. Located in the middle of the Tay Ninh jungle, the base was considered the "brain" of the resistance war, where strategic policies were planned, where the elite and loyal sons of our Party and People gathered.

The highlight of the relic site is not only the system of tunnels, barracks, and meeting rooms restored to their original state, but also the vivid historical space, recreating a period full of hardship but glory. This place has become a "living school" for today's generation to better understand the value of peace and appreciate the sacrifices of their ancestors. With that meaning, the Southern Central Bureau Base was ranked as a special National Monument, an indomitable symbol of the Southern revolutionary spirit.

Before that, the delegation also visited the Hill 82 Martyrs' Cemetery, a "red address" with many tragic milestones on the Tay Ninh border land. This is the resting place of more than 14,000 martyrs who fought and died in the resistance wars against foreign invaders, especially during the war to protect the Southwest border. With its high terrain, facing Cambodia, Hill 82 was once the site of many fierce battles, a symbol of the loyalty and bravery of our soldiers.
Here, comrade Ngo Dong Hai and the members of the delegation offered flowers and incense to each grave, expressing deep gratitude to those who sacrificed their youth and blood for the Fatherland. The solemn space of the cemetery, with thousands of tombstones lined up in rows, the red flag with yellow star fluttering, reminded everyone of their responsibility to continue the tradition of patriotism and join hands to build a strong homeland.

The visit of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission delegation is not only a gratitude activity, but also has profound educational significance, affirming the nation's morality of "When drinking water, remember its source". This is also an opportunity for each cadre and party member to be more proud of the glorious history of the Party, our army and people; at the same time, uphold the sense of responsibility in the work of Party building and national development in the new period.
