The 2025 Autumn Fair Steering Committee calls for support for people to overcome flood consequences

Implementing the direction of Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son - Head of the Steering Committee of the 2025 Autumn Fair, the Fair Organizing Committee will coordinate with the functional agencies of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to launch a fundraising movement to support the Central and Northern mountainous regions affected by storms and floods during the 2025 Autumn Fair from October 26 to November 4, 2025.

It is expected that the Launching Ceremony of Donation to support people affected by storms and floods will be announced in the Opening Ceremony of the 2025 Autumn Fair, held at 8:00 p.m. on October 25, 2025, broadcast live on VTV1. In addition to the account and QR code created by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front specifically for the 2025 Autumn Fair, announced at the Opening Ceremony of the Fair and on the media, the Organizing Committee will also arrange charity boxes at 8 entrances to the Fair Center, creating conditions for visitors, businesses and people to directly contribute cash.

In addition, the Organizing Committee also coordinated with the National Exhibition Fair Center (VEC) to receive donations (drinking water) with QR stamps for transfer support; arrange personnel to receive in-kind support at the fair's information booths. The receiving of support was carried out by the Organizing Committee openly and transparently and the results were announced on mass media daily, ensuring that all contributions were transferred to the right beneficiaries.

According to the Organizing Committee, combining commercial activities with social responsibility not only demonstrates the nation's tradition of "helping each other" but also affirms the role and responsibility of Vietnamese enterprises towards social issues (ESG), which has become an inevitable trend in the world. Therefore, the 2025 Autumn Fair is not only a place to promote trade, investment and promote Vietnamese brands, but also a place where economic development associated with social responsibility is most clearly demonstrated.

"Every contribution, no matter how small, is a valuable source of encouragement, helping people overcome difficulties, restore production and stabilize their lives. Thereby, the event will become the starting point for a new fair model, where economic and humanistic values ​​blend, spreading the spirit of solidarity and culture of sharing of the Vietnamese people," the Organizing Committee hopes.
