Received 2.5 billion VND in support to overcome the consequences of storm No. 10

On the afternoon of October 20, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee organized to receive support from the Provincial Police and Vinh Phu General Materials Joint Stock Company for people affected by storm No. 10 (Bualoi).

Representative of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee spoke at the reception.

Storm No. 10 has left serious consequences in the province. Heavy rains, flash floods, and landslides have damaged many properties of the State and people. The lives of people in disaster-affected areas have been difficult due to property and crops being swept away, especially in mountainous areas. In the spirit of mutual love and support, the Ministry of Public Security has donated 2 billion VND from the People's Public Security Comradeship Fund and Vinh Phu General Materials Joint Stock Company donated 50 million VND to support the work of overcoming consequences and rebuilding after floods for affected people. This is a practical work, demonstrating the responsibility, affection and noble gesture of police officers, soldiers and the collective of officers, employees and workers of Vinh Phu General Materials Joint Stock Company to support people in distress and natural disasters.

Representatives of the Provincial Police leadership presented a 2 billion VND plaque to support people affected by storm No. 10.

Speaking at the reception, the representative of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee respectfully acknowledged the joint efforts, additional resources and sharing of both material and spiritual resources of the collectives and individuals who have supported the people in the localities affected by natural disasters to overcome difficulties soon. The entire amount of support will be promptly transferred by the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to the people affected by natural disasters, ensuring transparency, publicity, correct address, correct subjects, helping people restore production and stabilize their lives.
