Colorful Ao Dai Festival for Women in Hai Ba Trung Ward

HNP - On the evening of October 20, at the Monument of People's Workers Serving the People (Tran Nhan Tong Street), the Women's Union of Hai Ba Trung Ward organized the 95th Anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2025) and the Ao Dai Festival with the theme "Women of Hai Ba Trung Ward firmly step into the era of national growth".

Delivering a speech at the ceremony, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, Chairman of the Women's Union of the ward Nguyen Thanh Tu reviewed the glorious tradition of 95 years of building and developing the Vietnam Women's Union; affirming the important role and position of Vietnamese women in all areas of social life. In particular, women of Hai Ba Trung ward today continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, dynamism, creativity, contributing to building a civilized, modern and affectionate ward.

On behalf of the City and local leaders, the delegates presented flowers to congratulate, acknowledge and commend the positive contributions of the cadres and women's union members of Hai Ba Trung ward in emulation movements, especially the movement "Women actively study, work creatively, build happy families".

During the program, the Ward Women's Union awarded the "For the Development of Vietnamese Women" Medal; presented gifts to former Presidents of the Union through the periods; and presented gifts to members in difficult circumstances, demonstrating the spirit of mutual love and sharing in the community.
