
The program was organized by the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security and the Department of Political Work, assigned to Ho Guom Theater to coordinate with Viettimes Media, in response to the call of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to mobilize support for compatriots to overcome the consequences of natural disasters, spread the spirit of mutual love, raise community awareness of social responsibility, arouse solidarity, sharing in times of trouble, noble gestures of companions, artists and philanthropists.
The art program "Flowers bloom after the rain" is performed under the direction of Major General, People's Artist Nguyen Cong Bay, Deputy Director of the Department of Political Work, Ministry of Public Security, Director of Ho Guom Theater; General Director Tran Trung; with the participation of famous artists such as: singer Hong Nhung, Meritorious Artist Phuong Anh, Anh Tho, Trong Tan, Quach Mai Thy, Gemma Nguyen, MTV band...
The audience enjoyed songs with themes praising love for the homeland, country and Vietnamese people, such as: "Lullaby of the Country" by musician Van Thanh Nho, "Prayer in the Rainy Night" by MTV group, "Far Offshore" by musician Nguyen Tai Tue, "Homeland" by Giang Nam, "Chiec Khan Pieu" by Doan Nho, "Viet Nam Melody" by Tuan Cry, "Hoa No Sau Mua" by Tran Trung, "A Lifetime, a Forest" by Tran Long An, "Tu Vang" by Truong Quoc Khanh, "Khat Vong" by Pham Minh Tuan, "Noi Vong Tay Lon" by Trinh Cong Son...

The organizers said that all proceeds from ticket sales of the two programs and donations from kind-hearted people will be transferred directly to people in disaster-affected areas through the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
At the program, Tam Long Viet Fund - Vietnam Television donated 2 billion VND; the Central Committee of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association donated 200 million VND to support the people of Cao Bang province to overcome the consequences of storms and floods.
Within the framework of the program, the Organizing Committee auctioned 3 items donated by benefactors to raise funds to support the people in the flood-affected areas of Cao Bang. These were a Tinh lute - a symbol of the traditional culture of the Tay and Nung ethnic groups; an Ao Dai and a painting by artist Hoang A Sang. The entire amount of nearly 200 million VND collected from the auction was also donated to the people in the flood-affected areas of Cao Bang through the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cao Bang province.

At the end of the program, the song “Joining Hands”, composed by musician Trinh Cong Son, was played, not only as a conclusion to an emotional music night, but also as a message of love sent to the people of Cao Bang province, as well as rural areas across the country that are overcoming the consequences of natural disasters and floods.
A representative of Ho Guom Theater said that on the evening of October 22, Ho Guom Theater in collaboration with VietArt Media Joint Stock Company will organize the art program "Light up love" to raise funds to support people in flood-affected areas. The program brings together famous artists such as People's Artists: Thai Bao, Thanh Lam, Tan Minh, Thu Huyen; Meritorious Artists: Dang Duong, Hoang Tung; singers Pham Thu Ha, Quang Dung, Trung Quan Idol, Nguyen Tran Trung Quan... All participating artists are dedicated and accompanying as a word of gratitude and a practical action to spread love, towards people in flood-affected areas.
According to the representative of Ho Guom Theater, all the money collected from ticket sales of the two programs and donations from kind-hearted people will be transferred directly to people in the areas affected by natural disasters through the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee. This is a practical action to share difficulties, ease losses and give people more strength to soon stabilize their lives and firmly overcome the difficult period.
