Urgently complete preparations to ensure the successful organization of the 2025 Autumn Fair

The Government Office has just issued Notice No. 563/TB-VPCP dated October 20, 2025, concluding the conclusion of Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son at the third meeting of the Steering Committee for the 2025 Autumn Fair.

The announcement clearly states: There is not much time left from now until the opening of the 2025 Autumn Fair. To ensure the quality, efficiency, safety and success of the Fair, Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son, Head of the Autumn Fair Steering Committee, requested ministries, agencies, localities and enterprises to urgently and focus on implementing assigned tasks and work, ensuring progress, quality and efficiency, focusing on the following contents:

The Ministry of Industry and Trade continues to provide information, coordinate and coordinate with ministries, branches and localities to start construction and staging in sub-zones from October 17, 2025, preparing for the general rehearsal on October 24, 2025; guide units to use a unified identity system and official logo of the Fair; send a document to the Ministry of Public Security to coordinate the implementation of plans and measures to ensure security and safety at the Opening and Closing Ceremonies.

The Deputy Prime Minister directed the Ministry of Industry and Trade to review and urge ministries, branches, localities and enterprises to speed up the construction progress of booths every day, every hour, and by all means.

At the same time, coordinate and work with the Vietnam Fatherland Front to prepare the content and process of organizing activities to support and share difficulties with people and localities affected by storms and floods, ensuring compliance with legal regulations on mobilizing and receiving voluntary contributions.

In addition, perform well the state management function on market management, coordinate with relevant agencies and localities to ensure the quality of goods participating in the Fair, avoid counterfeit goods, banned goods, and trade fraud.

The Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Vietnam Television and relevant agencies and units to develop a detailed scenario for the organization of the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, report to the Steering Committee, and on that basis, synthesize and report to the Prime Minister on October 20, 2025.

At the same time, preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Industry and Trade and news agencies and press to carry out communication and promotion work about the Fair on mass media, creating a positive ripple effect to people and businesses.

The Ministry of Finance urgently synthesizes, appraises, and submits to competent authorities for consideration and decision on financial support for ministries, branches, and localities to ensure compliance with legal regulations on the state budget, relevant laws, and task implementation progress.

The Ministry of Science and Technology coordinates with the Ministry of Industry and Trade and localities to urgently review, select and add enterprises with typical and quality products in the field of science and technology to participate in the Fair.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs closely coordinates with the Ministry of Industry and Trade to select capable and reputable foreign enterprises, giving priority to partners to purchase goods and seek investment opportunities in Vietnam.

The Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Hanoi People's Committee to direct market management units to develop plans to review and inspect the quality of products and goods displayed and introduced at the Fair.

At the same time, preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to ensure plans for traffic, health, security, order, fire prevention, food safety and hygiene, and environmental sanitation; provide responsible contacts to send to the Organizing Committee for synthesis and task implementation.

Vietnam Television produced a trailer to promote the Fair; a 6-minute short film to introduce the 2025 Autumn Fair at the Opening Ceremony and a 6-minute short film summarizing the Fair's results at the Closing Ceremony.

Vietnam Television, Voice of Vietnam, and Vietnam News Agency strengthen communication and promotion work on information channels based on the identity of the 2025 Autumn Fair agreed upon by the Steering Committee.

Vingroup Corporation and Vietnam Exhibition Fair Center Joint Stock Company create favorable conditions for businesses and units participating in the Fair; ensure facilities, infrastructure and support services; have plans to provide clean water and arrange wastewater lines for booths, especially the food court; fully and appropriately arrange public utilities inside and outside the Fair.
