“The Demon Prince” is a film project marking the first collaboration between CJ HK Entertainment and the producer duo Hoang Quan - director Tran Huu Tan from ProductionQ - the unit behind the series projects “Tet in Hell Village”, “Soul Eater”, “Cam”.

A work of fiction tinged with mystery, with tales of ghosts, witchcraft, royal mysteries and folk fears. The film opens up a world where forgotten legends come to life, illuminating the greed, desire and obsession within every human being.
Actor Anh Tu Atus was chosen to transform into the character of “Demon Prince” Than Duc and was highly anticipated by the audience. Although he only appeared in a few images, he became a hot topic on social networks, and readers of the novel “Ly Trieu Di Truyen” also expressed their excitement when the “story-tearing” prince came out with such a top-notch beauty.
Anh Tu Atus is one of the prominent faces of Vietnamese cinema, leaving his mark with acting roles ranging from charming, humorous to emotional and psychological, such as the role of Phuc ("Gap lai chi Bau"), the role of Tu ("Sieu lie meets super mud"), the role of Dung ("Chi ke hun bil").

Coming to "Demon Prince", this is the first time Anh Tu Atus acts in a horror - historical film, with long hair and wearing traditional costumes, completely different from his usual modern, youthful style.
Producer Hoang Quan shared about the decision to choose Anh Tu Atus as the main actor: “Both producers ProductionQ and CJ HK spent a lot of time on casting actors because they needed a face that was suitable for the character but at the same time had to have a mysterious beauty, suitable for the supernatural, mythical atmosphere in the original work. Previously, Anh Tu Atus was successful in comedies and romances, but we saw Atus as an actor who also wanted to show his ability in different and more challenging roles.”
Accompanying Anh Tu Atus are actors Luong The Thanh in the role of village chief Lo Dat, along with other actors Hoang Linh Chi, Huynh Thanh Truc, Rima Thanh Vy...

On October 20, “The Demon Prince” officially aired its teaser trailer and poster, impressing with its horror colors and beautiful ancient setting. On the poster, Anh Tu Atus appears in the image of Than Duc - a prince living in the forbidden palace but because he believed the words of the Crazy Devil, he decided to escape from the palace to carry out his plot...
The film “The Devil Prince” is set in an ancient setting based on historical and cultural materials from the Le Trung Hung period. Although the original work “Ly Trieu Di Truyen” was written by author Phan Cuong based on the Ly Dynasty, the film crew decided to recreate the historical period of Le Trung Hung.
Costumes are an element that the crew pays special attention to in order to create a traditional cultural space, where each actor truly carries the memories of a past dynasty.
The setting is also an element that the producer paid special attention to when building a village in the primeval forest for filming. The majestic and wild natural beauty is the highlight of the film.
