Attractive cultural spaces
During a recent visit to the Po Nagar Towers National Monument (Northern Nha Trang Ward), Ms. Hoang Thi Huong (Son La Province) was very excited to watch Cham dance performances, listen to unique melodies from traditional Cham musical instruments such as Ghinang drums, Saranai trumpets, Paranung drums, etc.; and watch Cham artisans perform and introduce their unique brocade weaving and pottery making. Ms. Huong said: "I find the activity of introducing the culture and art of the Cham people in the space of ancient temple relics like this very interesting. Visitors coming here not only learn about the hundreds of years old construction with unique architectural art, but also have the opportunity to learn more about the material and spiritual values imbued with the typical cultural features of the people of Khanh Hoa ."

Implemented since the beginning of 2025, the art performance program "Linh linh xu agarwood" and "Trang soi shang thap" at the special national relic of Po Nagar Tower, taking place on the evenings of the 1st and 15th of the lunar month every month, has become an impressive highlight in serving the people and tourists, while demonstrating efforts to promote night tourism activities. Along with that, the performance of Cham brocade weaving and folk art performances of the Cham people are maintained regularly, creating unique cultural experiences for visitors.
At the special national relic of Po Klong Garai Tower (Do Vinh ward), on the 2 weekends, Cham folk art performances took place to contribute to promoting the cultural heritage of the Cham people and promoting the value of the relic in tourism activities. Traditional Cham dances, performances of Cham national musical instruments and typical folk songs of the Cham people were brought by amateur artists and artisans to the people and tourists with different experiences, especially tourists can improvise and join in with the Cham dances.

Coming to the national scenic spot Hon Chong - Hon Do (North Nha Trang ward), visitors can enjoy traditional musical instrument performances. Since the beginning of the year, members of the art troupe here have performed more than 13,000 times with ensemble performances, solo performances of lithophone, T'rung, monochord, drums... bringing a unique traditional musical space to serve tourists. Maintaining the performance contributes to creating a cultural highlight at the scenic spot Hon Chong - Hon Do, helping visitors not only to admire the natural beauty but also to immerse themselves in the unique melodies of ethnic music.

According to Mr. Hoang Quy - Deputy Director of the Provincial Cultural Heritage Conservation Center, art performances and traditional craft demonstrations have contributed to enriching cultural tourism products at relics and scenic spots, creating highlights to better serve domestic and foreign tourists. Regular art programs at Po Nagar Tower and Po Klong Garai Tower are organized with good quality, attracting a large number of visitors, while vividly spreading Cham cultural values. Traditional musical instrument performances at Hon Chong - Hon Do with high frequency, creating a unique cultural space, enhancing the experience for tourists. In general, these activities have brought about remarkable results, meeting the requirements of stimulating tourism and enhancing the image of the destination.

In 2026, the Provincial Center for Cultural Heritage Conservation plans to promote the organization of periodic art programs and special events at relics and scenic spots combined with traditional festivals and major holidays to create highlights for cultural tourism. The unit also develops visual cultural experiences and interacts with tourists such as: Expanding the exhibition of paintings, calligraphy, and traditional handicraft performances; combining direct instruction with hands-on experiences of brocade weaving and pottery making, helping tourists both enjoy and better understand the cultural values of the Cham people; enhancing the application of technology in promoting destinations through the form of livestreaming art programs, developing virtual relic experiences. At the same time, coordinating with travel agencies and tourism service businesses to build tours, night tours, cultural experience tours... to promote the value of relics and improve the quality and efficiency of local cultural tourism activities.
