In Tang Loong commune, the Hoa Lan Kindergarten - Dau Nhuan branch was completed and put into use after many months of construction, with a total construction cost of more than 2 billion VND, supported by the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union. The project has practical significance, contributing to improving teaching and learning conditions, creating a spacious, safe and friendly environment for teachers and students in the highlands. This is also a symbol of the spirit of "for beloved juniors", demonstrating the solidarity and sharing of youth from the North and South.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, a representative of the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union emphasized that the construction of the school is part of a series of youth volunteer projects for the community, contributing to bringing better learning conditions to children in remote areas; at the same time, spreading the message of love and the pioneering spirit of the youth of the city named after Uncle Ho.
On the same afternoon, in Van Ban commune, a program to present funds to support the construction, repair of houses and overcome the consequences of storm No. 10 was held with the participation of leaders of Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union, Lao Cai Provincial Youth Union and many union members and local people.
