The program opened with welcoming performances and speeches from the union members, demonstrating the determination of the school's youth in obeying traffic laws and raising awareness of self-protection when participating in traffic.

The propaganda content mainly focuses on essential skills such as wearing a standard helmet, driving in the correct lane, not using the phone while driving, and skills to handle situations on the road.

The highlight of the Festival is the "Ring the Golden Bell - Learning about traffic safety knowledge" contest with 100 contestants participating. The system of questions revolves around the Road Law, traffic rules, skills to recognize signs, handle situations and behavioral culture when participating in traffic, helping students consolidate essential knowledge in a visual and vivid way.
After many rounds, the best contestant was honored and performed the golden bell ceremony amid the excited cheers of the fans.

In parallel, the practice competitions of slow cycling and slow electric cycling provide an experience to practice safe vehicle control skills. The teams must maintain balance, adjust speed appropriately and obey the lane - basic but extremely important skills for students when participating in daily traffic.
The Organizing Committee awarded First, Second and Third prizes to the teams with the slowest total time and no fouls.

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee awarded 10 gifts to students with difficult circumstances who have excelled in their studies, encouraging them to continue to make efforts, strive and spread beautiful stories about the will to overcome difficulties in school.

The festival ended with the message: traffic safety is not only a responsibility but also a cultural beauty that needs to be cultivated by each student. Through learning and experiencing activities, the program contributes to forming the habit of participating in traffic according to the law and building the image of civilized and safe Lao Cai youth.
