
Attending the Congress were representatives of the Vietnam Culinary Culture Association, the Vietnam Fish Sauce Association, the UNESCO Travel Club; representatives of the Department of Tourism, the Department of Culture and Sports , the Department of Home Affairs and nearly 200 delegates who are official members working in the field of cuisine and tourism in the province.

According to Decision No. 443/QD-UBND dated August 20, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee, Nam Dinh Culinary Culture Association was renamed Ninh Binh Province Culinary Culture Association, and at the same time, the organization was gradually improved according to the new administrative name.
In recent times, the unit has implemented many practical activities to honor and promote local culinary quintessence to the public, contributing to expanding cultural exchanges and promoting tourism development.
Many outstanding events were organized and coordinated by the Association, typically the Pho Festival in Nam Dinh; participating in introducing regional cuisine at the Tet Market "A Glimpse of Thanh Nam". In addition, the unit also actively participated in promotional programs in Hai Phong, Ho Chi Minh City, Hung Yen... and many national and international events such as the Hanoi Autumn Festival, the International Food Festival at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Vietnamese Tet in Can Tho; introducing local cuisine in Dubai and Singapore.
Along with promotional activities, the Association focuses on improving the capacity of its members through courses and seminars on culinary culture; training on building collective brands; coordinating the development of Pho Nam Dinh dossiers to submit to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for inclusion in the National Intangible Cultural Heritage List. The unit also maintains a close cooperative relationship with the Vietnam Culinary Culture Association and many enterprises such as Masan, ChinSu, Vietnam Fish Sauce Association, etc., thereby expanding the network of connections. An artisan has been nominated to prepare a dossier to submit to the President to confer the title of Meritorious Artisan.
The Congress determined the direction for the 2025 - 2030 term, which is: continuing to perfect the organization according to the new provincial administrative name; implementing tasks according to the Charter and Resolution of the Congress; promoting the role of connecting, honoring and promoting Ninh Binh cuisine; at the same time, promoting membership development, issuing membership cards and propagating the operating principles.
In the coming time, the Association will continue to coordinate in organizing culinary cultural events, seminars, and talks; support members in processing, producing, and registering trademarks; propose solutions to preserve and promote the value of culinary heritage, aiming to build the Ninh Binh culinary brand to become a highlight of the Red River Delta region...

The Congress elected the Executive Committee and the Inspection Committee of the Ninh Binh Province Culinary Culture Association for the 2025-2030 term. Ms. Le Thi Thiet was elected as the President of the Association for the 2025-2030 term.

Also at the Congress, the leaders of the Vietnam Culinary Culture Association presented the decision appointing Ms. Le Thi Thiet as Vice President of the Vietnam Culinary Culture Association.
