"Locomotive" in Tieu village

With her sincerity and ingenuity, Ms. H'Nhe Byă is not only a bridge to bring the Party and State's policies to the people but also directly helps people improve their lives and develop the economy .

Since 2004, Ms. H'Nhe has been elected as the village head. In this role, Ms. H'Nhe has always been concerned about finding ways to help people develop their economy. Realizing that people are still limited in applying scientific and technological advances to production, she proactively learns, participates in training courses, and then instructs people.

Thanks to hard work and increased production, Ms. H'Nhe's family income reaches more than 200 million VND/year.

To gain people's trust, Ms. H'Nhe applied the model of intercropping coffee, pepper, and durian on 1.5 hectares of her family's land. Thanks to the attention to seed selection, application of science, technology, and careful care, the garden grew well and had stable productivity. In addition, she also raised livestock and poultry, increasing her family's income to more than 200 million VND per year. Her effective production model was quickly learned and replicated by many households.

Along with economic development, Ms. H'Nhe actively cooperated with mass organizations, mobilizing people to unite, maintain security and order and participate in building new rural areas. Thanks to her and the nuclei in the village, many basic roads were concreted, creating favorable conditions for traveling and transporting agricultural products.

With perseverance and ingenuity, Ms. H' Nhe has also successfully reconciled many family conflicts and land disputes, contributing to preserving the neighborhood relationship and maintaining community stability. She also mobilized young people to participate in union and association activities and activities to maintain security and order. In particular, she regularly organized meetings to grasp the thoughts and aspirations of the people; at the same time, she discovered and nurtured core members to participate in mass mobilization work, promoting the combined strength of the entire people in emulation movements.

After many years as the village chief, in 2021, Ms. H'Nhe resigned from her position but continued to contribute to Tieu village as a prestigious person. In her new position, she promoted her sense of responsibility in mass mobilization work. Together with the village's self-management committee, she persistently "went to every alley, knocked on every door", listened to the thoughts and aspirations of the people and promptly reported to the authorities to resolve difficulties.

Her persistent efforts have been recognized by many levels with many awards. Ms. H'Nhe is also one of the typical advanced individuals in the province's patriotic emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025.
