"The leading figure" in Tieu village

With sincerity and skill, Ms. H'Nhẽ Byă not only serves as a bridge to bring the Party and State's policies and guidelines to the people, but also directly helps them improve their lives and develop their economy .

Since 2004, Ms. H'Nhẽ has been trusted and elected as the village head. In this role, Ms. H'Nhẽ has always been concerned with finding ways to help the villagers develop their economy. Recognizing that the people were limited in applying scientific and technological advancements to production, she proactively learned, participated in training courses, and then guided the villagers.

Thanks to hard work and increased production, Mrs. H'Nhẽ's family earns over 200 million VND per year.

To gain the trust of the local people, Ms. H'Nhẽ applied an intercropping model of coffee, pepper, and durian on 1.5 hectares of her family's land. Thanks to her focus on seed selection, application of science and technology, and careful cultivation, the orchard thrived, yielding stable productivity. In addition, she also raised livestock and poultry, increasing her family's income to over 200 million VND per year. Her effective production model was quickly adopted and replicated by many households.

Alongside economic development, Ms. H'Nhẽ actively collaborated with community organizations, mobilizing villagers to unite, maintain security and order, and participate in building new rural areas. Thanks to her efforts and those of key figures in the village, many basic roads have been paved with concrete, creating favorable conditions for travel and the transportation of agricultural products.

With perseverance and skill, Ms. H' Nhẽ has successfully mediated many family conflicts and land disputes, contributing to maintaining neighborly harmony and community stability. She also encouraged young people to participate in youth union and association activities, as well as maintaining security and order. In particular, she regularly organized community meetings to understand the thoughts and aspirations of the people; and at the same time, identified and nurtured key individuals to participate in mass mobilization work, harnessing the combined strength of the entire population in emulation movements.

After many years serving as the village head, in 2021, Ms. H'Nhẽ resigned from her position but continued to contribute to the Tiêu village community as a respected figure. In her new role, she demonstrated a high sense of responsibility in community outreach. Together with the village's self-governing committee, she persistently went "door to door," listening to the concerns and aspirations of the villagers and promptly reporting them to the authorities to resolve difficulties.

Her persistent efforts have been recognized by various levels of authority with numerous awards. Ms. H'Nhẽ is also one of the exemplary individuals in the province's patriotic emulation movement for the period 2020-2025.
