Dramatizing a facility security situation.

On May 20th, the first "Excellent Local Security and Order Protection Force" competition of Hanoi City in 2026, Cluster No. 2, was held in Tuong Mai Ward. The event attracted the participation of many teams from wards across the city.

According to Ms. Dao Thi Thu Hang, Chairwoman of the People's Committee of Tuong Mai Ward, the forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level are an "extension" of the police force in maintaining peace in residential areas. The competition is an opportunity to improve professional skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to handle real-life situations for this force.

The teams directly dramatized situations that arise in real life.

According to the competition rules, each ward will form a team consisting of 7 members from the local security and order protection force, including 5 official members and 2 reserve members. In addition, each team may invite up to 5 extras to participate in the talent and situational problem-solving sections of the competition.

In competition cluster number 2, the teams successively went through 3 parts of the competition: Talent competition (opening performance), knowledge competition, and situational problem-solving competition.

Notably, the situational problem-solving segment received much attention as teams directly dramatized real-life situations such as: conflict resolution, land disputes, public disorder, fire prevention and control, or handling traffic accidents.

The organizers presented awards to the participating teams.

Many skits were vividly staged, closely reflecting the realities at the grassroots level, demonstrating the coordination and situational handling skills of the forces involved in protecting security and order in residential areas.

According to the Organizing Committee, the competition is not only a platform for exchange and learning experiences, but also an opportunity to test and evaluate practical capabilities, helping forces involved in protecting security and order at the grassroots level to better understand legal regulations and professional skills.

At the end of the competition, the first prize went to the team from Tuong Mai ward; the second prize went to the team from Hai Ba Trung ward; and the third prize went to the team from Dinh Cong ward. The teams from Vinh Tuy, Vinh Hung, Bach Mai, and Hoang Mai wards received consolation prizes.

With this result, the team from Tuong Mai ward will continue to represent cluster number 2 in the next round of the competition at the Hanoi city level.
