According to Luong Van Tu, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Hoi Commune, Trung Thon village is located in a special position bordering Dong Hoi Road, Truong Sa Road, and the Dong Anh New Urban Area, possessing all the favorable factors for urban economic development. In the future, it will be a place where a large number of people will live. Based on this, Dong Anh district has approved the investment plan for the project, divided into two components: CX2 and CX3, to improve transportation infrastructure and enhance the quality of life for the people.
The project to build a community cultural center combined with green spaces and a parking lot in the Trung Thon hamlet, Dong Hoi commune (CX3) covers a total area of approximately 13,000 m2 and includes the following components: landscaping (roads - pedestrian walkways, playgrounds, retaining walls, etc.); drainage system; trees, lawns, lighting system, etc.
The project to build a community cultural center combined with green spaces and a parking lot in the Đầu làng area of Trung Thôn village, Đông Hội commune (CX2) also includes similar items to the CX3 area. However, it also includes the construction of a regulating lake combined with a walking path, with a lake excavation area of 2,910m2 (lake bottom elevation 3.9m, lake embankment top elevation 7.2m); and a lawn area of nearly 1,017m2. The implementation time for these two projects is 300 days.
“To implement these projects, we conducted thorough surveys, assessed the capabilities of reputable contractors, and strictly and rigorously carried out the contractor selection process. After the projects are invested in and constructed, we hope to create a modern and convenient facility that will make a significant contribution to bringing practical value to the community and society; improving the living environment, enhancing the quality of community cultural activities, and improving the spiritual and cultural life of the people in the area,” said Luong Van Tu, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Hoi Commune.
The project to invest in the construction of technical infrastructure, green spaces, ponds, parking lots, and community activity points CX2 and CX3 in Trung Thon village is of great importance to the economic and social development of the area, contributing to improving transportation infrastructure and enhancing the quality of life for the people.
At the same time, to realize the district's resolutions on "5 Haves" (having a cultural center, a football field, a mini-park, community activity points, and parking areas combined with green spaces) and "3 No's" (no violations of regulations on land management and use, construction order, and urban order; no environmental pollution from wastewater, air emissions, and waste; and no poor households).
“Therefore, the investor has requested the construction units and investors to make every effort to ensure the project is completed on schedule, with guaranteed quality, and in full compliance with regulations on labor safety and environmental protection. Particular attention should be paid to ensuring security and order, protecting the property and legitimate interests of the people. We hope that relevant organizations and individuals will create favorable conditions, preventing unnecessary complaints and disputes that could affect the progress and quality of the project; and that the people will continue to promote solidarity, cooperation, and support so that the project can be implemented quickly and effectively,” said Le Phu Minh, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Hoi Commune.
