Dong Anh district assigned to adjust the planning of X2 Kim Chung resettlement area

The Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 737/QD-UBND dated February 17 on assigning the task to the Dong Anh District People's Committee to organize the local adjustment of the 1/500 scale Detailed Planning of the X2 Kim Chung Resettlement Area, Dong Anh District and authorize the Dong Anh District People's Committee to approve the planning estimate (Location: Kim Chung Commune, Vong La Commune, Dong Anh District, Hanoi City).

Accordingly, the People's Committee of Dong Anh district is assigned to organize the establishment of local adjustments to the detailed planning, scale 1/500 of the X2 Kim Chung resettlement area, Dong Anh district (project name and scale will be specifically determined during the process of establishing, appraising and approving the planning).

In addition, Hanoi City authorizes the People's Committee of Dong Anh District to approve the estimate for the Local Adjustment of the Detailed Planning, scale 1/500 of the X2 Kim Chung Resettlement Area, with a term of authorization of 1 year from the date of issuance of this decision. The People's Committee of Dong Anh District is responsible for implementing the decision in accordance with current regulations.
