As a central ward frequently hosting large-scale art programs attracting tens of thousands of people, the Ha Long Ward Police Department has clearly defined its key tasks for the coming period as continuing to strengthen crime prevention and suppression, especially criminal, economic , and drug-related crimes; resolutely implementing solutions to build a safe area, aiming for a "drug-free ward"; strengthening management of residence, immigration, and foreigners; and ensuring traffic safety, fire prevention, and firefighting.
