From mid-December 2025, the police forces of 54 communes, wards, special zones, and professional units focused on implementing operational measures, strengthening patrols and controls, especially in key areas and routes regarding security and order, to promptly detect and combat various types of crimes with potential for complex activities and developments such as: drug-related crimes, smuggling, commercial fraud, counterfeit goods, prohibited goods, high-tech crimes, and "street" crimes and violations of the law...
Major General Nguyen Tien Trung, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Director of the Provincial Public Security Department, affirmed: To ensure that the people can enjoy the Spring Festival and celebrate Tet safely, the grassroots police force must truly grasp the situation right from the local level, proactively predict and promptly advise the Party Committee and the government on handling emerging issues; at the same time, ensuring absolute safety for important political events, delegations of Party and State leaders, international guests, especially the 14th National Congress of the Party, the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.
