Closing Ceremony of the Quang Ninh Music Composition Camp 2026

On the morning of May 22nd, at the Center for Training Young Talents and Composition (Tuan Chau Ward), the Vietnam Musicians Association held the closing ceremony and announced the new works of the Quang Ninh Music Composition Camp 2026.

The songwriting camp took place from May 15-22 with the theme of celebrating the successful conclusion of the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2026-2031. Fifteen musicians from several provinces and cities in the northern region participated in the camp. As part of the camp, the musicians visited Hai Hoa commune and exchanged songwriting experiences with musicians from Quang Ninh province.

Representatives of the musicians presented the works from the songwriting camp to the Organizing Committee.

After a week of creative work, the musicians produced 16 songs, some of which were about Quang Ninh. These works possess high artistic value, promoting the image of the homeland in general, and Quang Ninh tourism in particular, to music lovers, serving the local music scene, and aligning with the country's development in the current period. Eight of these 16 songs were performed and presented as new works during the closing ceremony.

Following this songwriting camp, the musicians will continue to refine new songs about Quang Ninh, as well as arrange, orchestrate, and record the works they have created to serve a wider audience of music lovers.
