TPO - Building on the success of 2025, the Mega Booming music festival continues its expansion with a stop in Nha Trang, aiming to attract approximately 30,000 attendees. More than just a large-scale music event, the program is also positioned as a tourism and cultural product, promoting the local image and kicking off a vibrant summer in the coastal city of Khanh Hoa.

Following its success in Hue in 2025, Mega Booming returns with a new stop in Nha Trang. The event continues to position the music tourism model – a travel trend that combines destination exploration with cultural and entertainment experiences.

According to the organizers, after two performances in Hue in 2025, Mega Booming is envisioned not only as an artistic performance but also as a tourism and cultural product capable of attracting tourists, promoting the local image, and adding value to the service economy .

Mega Booming returns with a new stop in Nha Trang.

Entering 2026, the program will be brought to the coastal city of Nha Trang with the expectation of creating a new summer destination. The program is sponsored by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Khanh Hoa province and the Khanh Hoa Provincial Tourism Association.

Ms. Thai Thi Le Hang, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Khanh Hoa province, believes that bringing large-scale entertainment models to Nha Trang is in line with the development orientation of creative tourism products and increases the attractiveness of the destination.

"The event not only directly stimulates summer tourism, but also serves as a powerful media leverage to promote the new image of Khanh Hoa – a strategically connected and comprehensively developed space between Khanh Hoa and Ninh Thuan. The interplay between modern coastal urban infrastructure, pristine natural resources, and unique cultural identity will be vividly presented to the audience, thereby positioning the sub-region as a high-quality resort tourism center in the area," Ms. Thai Thi Le Hang stated.

Mega Booming - Charmora City will take place on June 13th at 2/4 Square, Tram Huong Tower area (Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province).

Mega Booming is researched and developed with music at its center, connecting performance technology, visual arts, and local cultural identity. Accordingly, the long-term goal of the program is to expand this model to many provinces and cities across the country, so that each stop becomes a festival celebrating Vietnam's nature, culture, and people.

During its stop in Nha Trang, the program presented a highlight performance featuring 18 artists from various generations and musical styles, including Le Hieu, Van Mai Huong, Pham Anh Khoa, Kay Tran, Bui Cong Nam, Truong The Vinh, Lien Binh Phat, JSOL, Hoang Duyen... and notably, the program also featured the appearance of Korean artist Blue D.

The show will not only feature a collection of individual performances but also exclusive collaborative stages between artists and selected international songs to create a cultural exchange atmosphere. The show is expected to conclude with a high-altitude fireworks display to kick off the summer tourism season in Khanh Hoa, and the organizers are also finalizing procedures to add a drone performance.

Mega Booming - Charmora City will take place at 7 PM on June 13th at 2/4 Square, Tram Huong Tower area (Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province) and is expected to attract approximately 30,000 attendees.
