High mountainous areas ( including Bat Xat, Muong Khuong, and Si Ma Cai districts): Cloudy, with rain at night, scattered showers and thunderstorms, some places with moderate rain, Southeast wind level 2, cold at night and early morning, temperature from 18 ^o C to 22 ^o C, average humidity above 85%.

Lao Cai City : Cloudy, sometimes rain at night, showers and thunderstorms possible, Southeast wind level 2, temperature from 23 ^o C to 26 ^o C, average humidity above 80%.

Sa Pa tourist area : Cloudy, sometimes rainy at night, showers and thunderstorms possible, Southeast wind level 2, cold weather, temperature from 14 ^o C to 18 ^o C, average humidity above 85%.

Bac Ha tourist area : Cloudy, sometimes rainy at night, showers and thunderstorms possible, Southeast wind level 2, cold at night and early morning, temperature from 18 ^o C to 22 ^o C, average humidity over 85%.

Widespread thunderstorms are likely to be accompanied by extreme weather events such as hail, tornadoes, strong winds and lightning. Therefore, local people, especially those in mountainous areas, need to be on guard against such natural disasters causing damage.
